Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

 

Original Paintings:
Our refund and returns policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Furthermore, it should be returned in its original packaging.

 

Digital – Print on Demand Orders:
Please note that all digitally ordered items are printed on demand, which means each product is produced uniquely upon your order. Consequently, we are unable to support returns or exchanges in cases where you’ve ordered the wrong size, color, or had a change of heart.

However, if you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, please reach out to us within 30 days of the product’s delivery. We will gladly provide a free replacement or issue a refund.

 

Multiple Products of the Same Design:
If an issue affects multiple products utilizing the same design, we require an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility or offer replacements or refunds for incorrect size or color selections made by the customer.

Delivery Issues:
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you have the option of either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Placement Defects:
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there exists a placement tolerance of 0.5″, signifying that minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.

 

Exempted Return Items

Several types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

To process a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Partial Refunds

Please note that only partial refunds are granted in specific situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the returned item. Subsequently, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Following that, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If, after completing these steps, you still haven’t received a refund, please reach out to us at {email address}.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item for the same product, please send us an email at refund@heartworks.horse, and then send your item to: {physical address}.

 

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, the gift giver will receive the refund, and they will be notified of your return.

 

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on the destination. If you are returning a higher-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.

It's important to note that this is an online experience. We are not currently offering in-person experiences.

You start by choosing your Heartist, selecting the one that resonates with you based on their unique offerings, colors, and more.

Next, you pick the products you'd like to have adorned with your Heartist's artwork, whether it's a custom painting or a piece from our gallery.

Then, your chosen Heartist takes it from there. They pour their heart and soul into creating a piece of art specifically for you. Sit back and let the magic unfold, and soon, you'll have a masterpiece filled with love and healing, ready to enhance your life in a way only HeartWorks can.
